My first winter vacation in college

This is my first winter vocation in college. I knew many new friends last semester and got along well with my friends. As a result, in the begging, I didn’t want to have winter vocation because I didn’t know what to do at home and it was too boring to stay at home. Therefore, my university friends had planed to visit Kaohsiung before the winter vocation. In February 3, we assembled at Taichung train station. Then, we took bus to Kaohsiung. When we arrived Kaohsiung, we felt very hot. Although it’s very hot, we were very excited. We visited a lot of famous scenic spot by MRT. After we played for all day long, we got very tired; consequently, we decided to go back to hotel to rest. In the room, we gave a surprise to Alva and Eric to celebrate their birthday. We played a game until 4:00 am after giving them surprise. Although we went to bed very lately last night, we were still excited next day. When we came back Taichung, somebody suggested going to Yamay someday. So, we went to not only Kaohsiung but also “Yamay”. We played very crazy at there and had a good time. I think I had a happy winter vocation apart from Lunar New Year.

Most of people like to take a trip. They have several options such as backpacking travel and tour travel trip. There are some similarities and some different parts about backpacking travel and tour travel trip.

There are several different parts between them. First, backpacking travel is difficult for you to think where you want to go to, where you have to live……etc. Therefore, you have to prepare schedule in advance. However, tour travel trip is much easier because you don’t think those problems, just follow schedules and tour guides. Second, outlays are much higher if you want to backpack travel. By contrast, tour travel trip’s outlays are much cheaper, because we can get discount on fees. Third, as s backpacker, you can go everywhere and don’t be afraid that you may influence other members because of personal factors. Finally, you can make more friends than backpacking travel if you choose tour travel trip. Not only can you make more friends, but also you learn how to establish interpersonal relationship in a group.

Furthermore, the two type of travel also have similarities. You can realize different culture no matter which type of travel you choose, for example.

To sum up, backpacking travel and tour travel trip not only have some similarities and some different parts but also have advantages and disadvantages. It depends on you to think which one you suit.

In the past, we bought books from bookstores or online. Nowadays, more and more people like to buy books from book fairs. Why do we like to buy books from book fairs? There are some reasons that may explain why people like to go to the book fair. First, we can look for some books which we can’t find from book stores and have many choices for choosing different books. Second, through book fairs we get more knowledge. Third, we also can make friends who have the same interest in books. The last but the most important reason is we can buy cheaper books through book fair than from book stores.

When I go to the book fair, I read novels about love instead of reading about technology. Therefore, I have many novels about love but don’t have anyone about technology or others. If you have never been to the book fair, I suggest you should go to it someday.

I’m very tired and busy this week because of mid-term exam. I have to stay up reading every night. Although we had passed the mid-exam week, I still need to prepare two subjects next week. It’s time for studying. Bye.
